1 Tbsp Butter - unsalted grass-fed butter (Kerrygold is the preferred brand, but I don't mind some of the cheaper brands)
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (or MCT Oil) **Some coconut oils are not edible**
Cinnamon
Vanilla Extract
Sweetner
Directions
Mix together (Blend it, Shake it, Buy it, Use it, Fix it, Trash it...Technologic)
Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Sweetners are all extra
