Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries

Ingredients
20 strips of pre-cooked bacon
1 large avocado

Directions
1) Cut avocado into thin slices (10 per half)
2) Pre-heat oven to 425
3) Carefully wrap around the avocado fry and tuck into place
4) Once completed, place on baking sheet and place in oven
5) Bake for 5-10 minutes until bacon become crisp

Blackened Dijon Chicken

Ingredients (makes 4)
1 ½ lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
¼ Cup Dijon Mustard

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F)
2) Coat each Chicken on both sides with Blackened Seasoning and Dijon Mustand
3) Over medium heat in a large oiled skillet, sear the chicken on both sides for 3 minutes
4) Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
